Williams as he blows up one of the balloons for the decorations in the St John Ambulance Hall for a dance being held this evening for the Commonwealth Games Fund. Town and About Danceway, which conducts a weekly dance in the hall, has promoted the evening, and the staff, band, and artists win give their services free.
