(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Dec. 22. Two youths waiting outside the Otahuhu police station for their car ignition keys to be returned were arrested for unlawfully taking two bicycles early this morning. William Neil Kermode and Kenneth James Arkinstall admitted taking the bicycles, and were fined $5O, with $5 costs. Their lawyer said the youths gave up their keys to a police patrol. After a party while walking around Otahuhu later, they took two cycles to go to buy some cigarettes. i
