PAYMENT OF RATES BY INSTALMENTS IT IS HEREBY PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that the Waimalri County Council at a Special Meeting held in the Council Chambers, Fendalton on Thursday, December 16, 1971, passed a resolution by way of Special Order, the purport of wmeh is: i That pursuant to the provisions of the Counties Act, 1956, and the Rating Act, 1967, and all amendments thereto, the Waimalri County Council resolves that the payment of rates for the year commencing April 1, 1972. and ending March 31, 1973, shall be by way of four Instalments, with an additional charge of 10 per cent to be added to each instalment not paid on or before the first day of each month following the month after the date on which the instalment becomes due and payable.
