(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. A fractured jaw, suffered in a friendly soccer match, has resulted in the West German player, H. Plotz, withdrawing from the coming New Zealand tennis circuit.

Plotz, in a letter received by the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association yesterday said that he had also been concussed in the match — played between two teams of tennis players—and would be bed-ridden for four weeks.
