CONTROL LIGHTS ON GOLF COURSE.—These “traffic” lights have been erected on top a hill at the Fukuoka golf course in Japan to indicate to players on the fairway below the hill whether there are players ahead on the green. Before the lights were set up, players on the green were often hit by balls from players on the fairway.
