: Rates to be reviewed ■ (From Our Own Reporter) - WELLINGTON, Dec. 1. ’ The Railways Department Will consider a revision of the hew “P’ class rates for gjrain cartage, according to a statement from the Transport Advisory Council. I This was announced after a- discussion today on the relaxation of the 40-mile restriction on the cartage of grain. Federated Farmers urged the retention of the 60-mi!e limit, and sought a revision of the new rates.
