SUPREME COURT Judge reserves decision
Decision was reserved until today by Mr Justice Roper in the Supreme Court yesterday on an application for an order removing the name of Julie Richards from the list of contributories of Australasian Secured Deposits, Ltd, in liquidation, a shortterm money-market dealer. Mrs Richards brought the action against the liquidator of A.S.D., Ltd, Mr Hugh Beattie, a chartered accountant. Mr J. R. Fox appeared for Mrs Richards and Mr E. J. Somers for the liquidator.
