Agreement on wool
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct 13. A number of decisions were made by the Wool Board today on setting up the proposed wool marketing corporation, the chairman of the board (Sir John Acland) said. These included decisions on grower representation, the result of a meeting yesterday between the board and the electoral committee and the meat and wool section council of Federated Farmers. Sir John Acland said that the decisions reached would be conveyed to Federated Farmers and the Government as soon as possible, and that legislation would be called for.
