GYMNASTIC DISPLAY.—-I. Henderson in action during a display by Canterbury gymnasts last week which raised $350. The display was arranged by the Canterbury Gymnastic Association, with half of the money being contributed to a fund to enable Misses F. Mangos (chaperone-coach) and K. Mackintosh to attend the world gymnastics championships in Havana, Cuba, next month. The remainder of the money was donated to the Commonwealth Games Fund.
