BULL SOLD FOR $115O

1 (N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON. September 17. A two-year-old Friesian bull from the South Island was sold for 81150 at the third and final ’ day of. the Waikato combined breeders’ bull sale at Claude- ; lands, Hamilton, yesterday. The bull, entered by the Bien- ; helm breeders, Messrs W. G. I Parkes and Sons, Wldermere Lock Symbol, was the senior champion in the show judging. It was bought by Messrs T. G. Goodfellow and Son, of Walhou. Eighty-one bulls were sold yesterday. The average price was $382. and the aggregate for all transactions was $30,910. The most successful breeders were Messrs W. Clarke and Son, of Blenheim, who sold six two-year-old bulls at an average price of $716.
