‘No bare flames’
Naked people will be allowed on the stage for the Melbourne production of the musical “Hair”—but naked flames forbidden. The City Counters health committee ruled yesterday that a local regulation banning naked flames must apply to “Hair” as for all other stage shows. —Melbourne, September 17.
