Price rises approved

<N.Z. Preae Aaaoelatlan; WELLINGTON, Sept 17. ' Fifteen applications for price increases under the scheme have been received by the Price Tribunal since last week, and 11 have been approved. The tribunal said the commodities for which increases had been approved were milk powder, two brands of school jiniform clothing, two brands of soap, and one brand each of biscuits, confectionery, aerated waters, carpets, farm machinery, and earthenware products.
