A SWINGER
Caesar, a three-year-old fox terrior-Chihuahua cross, likes his turn on the swings. When Gail Frame, of 660 Pages Road, and two friends go to the New Brighton playground, they take the Frames’s dog, Caesar, with them. About a year ago Caesar looked on longingly while the children played on the swings so they gave him a swing. He now insists on one whenever they go.
