Two properties sold
A bungalow with two double bedrooms and a detached bedroom on a 20-perch section at 72 Neville Street, Spreydon, was sold at auction yesterday afternoon for s7loo> The Government valuation is $5OOO. The auctioneer was Mr L. B. Allan, of Matson and Allan. A piece of land of 33, parches in Woolston, with no access to the road, was sold at auction yesterday for $4OO. The property, behind 102 Bamford Street was bought by one of the adjoining property owners under the Rating Act, 1967. The auctioneer was Mr M. H. McCrostie, of N. H. McCrostie and Company.
