N.Z. choir in Australia

Sir, —I have received a letter from my niece, who' is a member of the Royal Christchurch Musical Society. She expresses the choir’s sincere appreciation of the supper provided by the Mayor and Mayoress of Christchurch (Mr and'Mrs A. R. Guthrey) in the Lord Mayor’s room after their final concert in Sydney. This was thought by the conductor and choir members to be a very kind gesture and a fitting close to a notable occasion.— Yours, etc., C. September 3, 1971.
