Thefts of cash
A car radio, a cassette tape recorder, and cash were stolen from the office of Group Rentals New Zealand, Ltd, television rental firm, on Wednesday night. The value of property stolen and damage done to the office was $321.
A cash sum of $6O in $lO notes was taken from a house in Marine Parade, New. Brighton. A house in Donnington Street, North New Brighton, was also burgled and $52 in money taken. i A cash sum of $43 was stolen from A. R. Christian, Ltd, engineers’ merchants. Cash to a total of $40.57 was taken from the Open Door, Lichfield Street. Gold cuff links and five tape cassettes worth a total of $4O were stolen from' a house in Avonside Drive.
