The Scaffold in musical revue

The Scaffold, notwithstanding their hit records, do not regard themselves as a pop group; they prefer revue, and they present material of humour, poetry and pathos. Their sketches range from a satirical quizz show to a surrealistic situation, and most of their sketches have

unhappy endings. The Scaffold do sing three of their hit records, however—“Thank You Very Much,” “Do You Remember,” and

“Lily the Pink”—in “The Scaffold at The Talk of the Town.” The show is on CHTV3’s programme next Monday.
