Exercise off North Island
(N.Z. Pre,, Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 6. Royal New Zealand Air Force aircraft and the frigate H.M.N.Z.S. Waikato are to take part in exercises with a Royal Navy task force off the coast of the North Island between August 15 and August 19. The task force, led by the aircraft-carrier H.M.S. Eagle includes eight other warships. New Zealand Orion, Skyhawk and Vampire aircraft will take part in two exercises with other aircraft and helicopters from the fleet.
