Sou- ' ness, has been sppolnted by Cabinet: (a) to Inquire Into: (1) the varioua forms of Government and nonGovernment lending available to farmers in relation to the needs of the Industry and the loan resources availavailable; t (U) the organisation of all Government farm lending activities: lb) to recommend to the Minister of Finance by 31 December, 1971, any changes required to schieve: (I) the best use of available farm loan resources; (II) the most desirable organisation for Government farm lending activities; (ill) co-ordination between the Government’s farm
