Fletcher 1 for 8 premium issue
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, August 2. Fletcher Holdings, Ltd,.will seek almost s3m in a one-for-eight premium issue. The premium will be 25c a 100 c share —25 c than that in the last issue in the October, 1968, which was a one-for--10. The premium was also 25c in the one-for-five issue in 1965, but it was 50c in the 1960 and 1963 issues. The new issue will be made in early October and details will be announced later. It will raise $2,959,609 and increase paid ordinary capital by $2,367,687 to $21,309,187.
