R. Livingston and Mrs J. Nyirati lost to R. H. Purser and Miss G. Tompkins, 12-15, 11-15. Miss J. Kennington beat Miss F. Walters, 10-7, 10-5.
D. Wylie beat B. Purser, 15-13, 15-0.
Mrs Nyirati and Mrs J. Jones lost to Mrs A. Brandfield and Miss R. Glenie, 14-18, 3-15. Livingston lost to R. H. Purser, 11-15, 15-7, 7-15. Mrs Harewood beat Miss Tompkins, 11-7, 10-12, 11-3. P. Cooper and Miss J. Cannington lost to B. Purser and Miss R. Glenie, 7-15, 17-14, 11-15.
