Marriage of singer

HOLLYWOOD. July 15. Cass Elliott, the ebullient singer, has married a Bavarian baron, Donald Vori Wiedenman, the Associated Press reported. It, was the second marriage for Miss Elliott, 27, known as “Mama Cass.”
A spokesman said Miss Elliott and Mr Wiedenman, also 27, a writer, were married two weeks ago at her home in Hollywood. “It wasn’t so much secret, but it was very private to us,” Miss Elliott was quoted as saying. “I didn’t want it to be a pop star marriage.” She said , she and her husband planned to stay in the United States two more years, then sell her house and move to. England. "I’m sort of planning to retire, because I’ve been in the business now for 13 years, and he can support me, which is unusual in Hollywood marriages."
