Reception of television
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 16. About 93 per cent of the population of New Zealand could receive a television signal from N.Z.B.C. transmitters, said the Minister of Broadcasting (Mr Walker), in Parliament. Another 6 per cent could receive signals from translators run by societies or private individuals, the Minister said.
