Ky makes break
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) SAIGON, July 14. Vice-President Nguyen Cao Ky broke his political alliance with President Nguyen Van Thieu today, accusing him of “dictatorial practices” and trying to conduct a fraudulent election later this year. Mr Ky hopes to oppose Thieu in the October 3 Presidential election, although he is reported to be having trouble getting needed support NXP.A.-Reuter said that in a scathing personal attack on President Thieu, the 40-year-Old flamboyant air vice-marshal said In a letter made public today that the unfulfilled promises were essentially responsible for a state of stagnation and regression which had weakened the national effort to , fight communism.
