Games appeal

WELLINGTON.
An appeal for $60,000 towards the cost of the 1974 Commonwealth Games at Christchurch will begin in the Wellington region on July 5.
Half of the $60,000 required from the region is expected to come from large business houses and the remainder from smaller businesses, local bodies and individuals.
