HEAVIEST FROST

The heaviest frost for Christchurch this winter, one of 10.7 deg.—equivalent.—equivalent to minus s.9deg Celsius—was recorded at the Botanic Gardens yesterday. A frost of lOdeg. was recorded at Christchurch Airport, the heaviest recorded there this winter.
