SOCCER After enjoying the challenge game for the benefit of the injured Christchurch United players, I suggest it would be a good idea to have a floodlit game for the funds for the Commonwealth Games before the Welsh team comes here. I think the following players would give United a real game: Phillips, Mackintosh, McKenna, Storer, Pahi, Taylor (Brighton), Chris Cowley, Haydon, Quirke, Marley, Torkington.— COMMONWEALTH GAMES
