WELLINGTON.

The inclusion of the Eastern Suburbs (Auckland) linkman, P. Eliadis, is a feature of the Central Regional League soccer squad from which the team to play Wales at Napier on July 7 will be chosen.

Eliadis, who is one of 11 national league players in the squad named by the selector (Mr G. Evans), qualifies because he lives at New Plymouth and travels to Eastern Suburbs’ games each week. Two former New Zealand representative goalkeepers— L. Cutler (Palmerston City) and P. Whiting (Wellington City) are named. The Gisborne City playercoach, A Vest, who arrived in the country from England only eight weeks ago, has been included with his clubmate, M. Tillotson, who arrived in February. The squad Is:—
