Janice Noeline Stokes (Mr S. G. Erber) and Robert James Norcliffe. a machine operator; Desmond James Gentleman, a local body employee (Mr Erber), v. Shona Valerie Irene Gentleman (Mr B. J. Drake) and Donald Stephen Gentleman, a workman; Petrus Johanus Henricus Van Hout, a bus driver (Mr K. N. Hampton), v. Aroha Moraghan Van Hout, of Auckland, and Alister John Scott, a factoryworker, of Auckland; Colin Henry McGrath, a driver (Mr R. L. Kerr), v. Gloria Joan McGrath and Kenneth Cartlion McGregor, a bus driver; John Alexander Bryce, a warehouseman (Mr Kerr), v. Dorothy June Bryce, the corespondent being dismissed from the suit. Separation order: Kathleen Mary Wilson (Mr -E. T. Higgins) v. David James Wilson, a hospital orderly; Vivienne Joyce Miller, whose name has been changed by deed poll (Mr N. G. Hattaway), v. James Douglas Martin.

Separation agreement: Lorraine Edna Drinkwater (Mr Higgins) v. Joseph Alfred Drinkwater, a draftsman, of Dunedin (Mr Erber); Hekera Wanikau Kopu, a carpenter (Mr B. J. Brown), v. Janice Kopu; Lynnette Joy George (Mr Hattaway) v. William Henry George, a jockey; Denice Janette Knight (Mr C. A. McVeigh) v. Richard Henry Knight, an aviation electrician.
Desertion: David James Roberts, a sawmill employee (Mr H. O. Jacobsen), v. Faye Dian Roberts, of Kerikeri: Lydia Mary Solomon (Mr Brown) v. Benjamin James Solomon, a driver, of Auckland.
