Kidnapping in Bolivia

(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) LA PAZ (Bolivia), June 8. A Swiss technician, Mr Alfredo Kusner-Kappeler, was kidnapped in La Paz today by a band of four or five armed men, police said. It was the second kidnapping of a foreign businessman in Bolivia this year. In the first case, self-styled guerrillas kidnapped a West German businessman, John Von Bergen, and released him only after payment of SUSSO,OOO.
