(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) WASHINGTON, June 9. The United States was negotiating an agreement with Switzerland to help track millions of dollars worth of stolen American securities held in secret Swiss bank accounts, the Attorney-General (Mr John Mitchell) announced yesterday. He told the Senate permanent sub-committee on investigations that the proposed agreement was being actively considered at the highest Governmental levels in Switzerland. He expected that the two Governments would reach final agreement by the middle of this summer.
