Work starts on hotel

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 7. Work has been started on the first hotel in Rarotonga, the 80-bed Trailways Hotel at Tupapa, the general manager of the Cook Islands Tourist Authority (Mr A. S Helm) announced today. Mr A. R. Henry, the Premier of the Cook Islands, officiated at a ceremony last Wednesday which was attended. by an interested group which included the Minister of Tourism (Mr T. A Henry) and Mr A. S. Helm.
