Award aim
(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, June 6. The New Zealand Dairy Workers’ Union has given notice of its intention to claim a 12} per cent increase in the factory workers’ award. It is understood the award claim, plus proposals to bring up to date the conditions of the award "in line with modem concepts of employment” will be fully discussed at a three-day conference of the union’s national council in Hamilton next week.
