4 players sent off

(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) BRISBANE. The New South Wales Rugby league team was too strong and too fast fot Queensland in their return match on Saturday. New South Wales won, 30-2, at Lang Park after being held to a 12-3 victory on the same ground on Wednesday night. The match ended in a near riot, the referee (Mr K. Holman) being escorted off the field by police under a barrage of beer cans and bottles from Brawls broke out on the ground as part of the irate crowd chanted: “We want Holman.” Mr Holman had sent off four players three from Queensland and one from New South Wales.
