Police find stolen nickel
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 21. In a raid on a house in Papatoetoe last night, Otahuhu police seized about $6500 worth of nickel which they say was stolen last week from a Mount Wellington warehouse. A total of 40001 b of pure nickel, contained in seven drums, was taken from the premises of J. B. O’Lough , len, Ltd, some time between . 6 pm. on Thursday and 7 a.m. on Friday of last week. The head of the Otahuhu C. 1.8. (Detective Inspector B T. N. Hutton) said the • seven drums were found at the Papatoetoe property.
