Detentions in South Africa

(N.Z.P.A -Reuter—Copyright) WELKOM (South Africa), May 21. The Welkom police said today that 13 non-whites were being detained, without being charged on suspicion of subversive activity. The 13 were arrested under South Africa’s Terrorism Act after a police raid on their homes, from which documents were confiscated.
