Afghanistan crisis
The Afghanistan Prime Minister (Mr Noor Ahmad Etemadi) had submitted the resignation of his Government to King Mohammed Zahir Shah, a Royal communique said. The King accepted the resignation but asked the Government to continue until a new administration was formed.— Kabul, May 18.
