world population. Speaking at a forum on law organised by the Sixtysecond Rotary International conference in Sydney, he said that every nation should distribute contraceptives free, and that all advice and ( medical help should also be I free.

“Abortion should be legalised if the health of the mother or the child, or the resources of the family, so require,” he said.
