NOTICE OF IMPOUNDING AND OF PROPOSED SALE OF IMPOUNDED STOCK The Impounding Act, 1955, Section 46 (2). The undermentioned stock, having been seized for impounding on State Highway No. 1 just south of Cheviot township and on the Homeview Road, is impounded at the Public Pound, Cheviot township. Description of stock: One unbranded Romney ram, brass ear tag 20567 (Logan) and one halfbred ram, blue mark on back, one punch hole in right ear. Notice is hereby given that, unless claimed by the owner and all charges paid, the stock will be sold by public auction under the provisions of the Impounding Act, 1955. at the Public Pound.
