ARRESTS IN QUICK TIME

ffl.l. Press AixxMatlon) NEW PLYMOUTH. May 9. Police tonight arrested two alleged car converters in quick time.

The car, parked outside the Waitara ball, was being observed by the occupants of two police cars on special patrol. The owner was known toi the policemen involved. About 9.20 p.m. the car was entered by two men and driven away, but only for about 200 yards. The patrol cars intercepted! the vehicle, the men were spoken to. inquries were made at the ball and by 9.30; p.m. the arrests had been made.
