FRONT-LINE SOUVENIRS OF IMPERIAL RUSSIA.—An exhibition of Imperial Russian souvenirs and photographs has been opened in London. The exhibits are the property of Miss Florence Farnborough, aged 85, who was the only English nurse to serve with the first flying column of the 10th Field Surgical Unit of the Russian Red Cross during the First World War. The photographs, numbering about 700, were taken in the front line by Miss Farnborough. She is shown with her niece, Miss Rachel Williams, who is dressed in a peasant costume which was worn by Miss Farnborough more than 50 years ago.
