REPORTER EXPELLED

(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) COLOMBO, April 20. The Associated Press correspondent in Colombo, Mort Rosenblum, an American, was today ordered to leave Ceylon in 48 hours, the Government having objected to his reporting of the insurgency in the country. The immigration authorities have advised Mr Rosenblum that his visa will expire 17 days short of the period for which it was issued. The notification gave no reason, but Department of Information officials said that they were not happy with the reporting of either the Associated Press or the British Broadcasting Corporation.
