Holyoake wins Aust. contract

(N.Z.P.A. Staff Correspondent) SYDNEY, March 12.

The Australian subsidiary of Holyoake Industries, Ltd, of Wellington, has won a $210,000 contract to supply air-conditioning outlets for a new Melbourne building. . . . .

Sydney-based Holyoake Industries Pty, Ltd, will manufacture, and supply the outlets for the 25-storey Melbourne Metropolitan Board of Works Building. The company’s general I manager (Mr P. Lee) said the I outlets would be made both in New Zealand and in the firm's Sydney plant. I.M.Ci wins case The International Mining Corporation N.L. has successully defended its legal right to four nickel areas near Trough Wells, which Florida 'nvestments Pty, Ltd, had overpegged. The Southern Cross Warden’s Court refused an application for i rights to the area by Florida, a Sydney-based company. Florida’s applications for the areas have been struck I out.—(P.A.)
