(N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN, February 2(y. Sellers and direct users of cement have been notified of price increases, from March 1, by New Zealand Cement Holdings, Ltd. The sales manager (Mr J. Fisher) said that the price rise resulted from increased rail charges (15 per cent) and road transport charges which rose 5 per cent on January 15. The increase would amount to about $1.04 a ton on a Christchurch order, and 80c for Oamaru.
