Woman badly injured

An elderly woman, Madge Elizabeth Nottingham, of 514 Manchester Street, was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital last evening with serious leg injuries and shock suffered when two cars collided at the intersection of Wairakei and Idris Roads, Fendalton. Mrs Nottingham’s condition was given as fair.
