R. A. Brierley Investments, Ltd, is offering 250 c in cash for each 200 c share in Murton’s, Ltd, Napier agricultural chemicals manufacturer. The minimum acceptance is 6000 shares, and the offer will close on March 27.
Hum* Industries (NX), Ltd.— An unchanged interim dividend of 5 per cent will be paid on March 31, ex dividend March 20.
