fN.Z. Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, Feb. 25. Facilities to handle sufficient oil for the complete firing of the New Plymouth power station are being investigated by the Electricity
Department. This was announced at today’s meeting of the Taranaki Harbours Board by the board’s chief engineer, Mr P. D. L. Holmes, who reported on the investigation of suitable sites for an offshore buoy mooring system on behalf of the department.
