Last week, one Christchurch knitter completed a zippered cardigan with collar and detachable hood in the Fair Isle design. It required less than 4 hours knitting time! Her secret, of course, is the use of the Toyota Knitting Machine, the only machine that has every feature. Shes estimates her cardigan would require at least 34 hours hand knitting time.
