Shed damaged by fire
Fire severely damaged a 16ft by 12ft shed at Lyttelton late last evening. The shed, at 20 Days Road, was well-ablaze by the time two engines from the Lyttelton Station and another from Woolston arrived and there was little that could be done to save the construction from being gutted.
