Chairman of Director*, has announced that the board of Director* ha* declared an Interim Dividend of 4% gross (unchanged) for the half year to 31st December, 1970. Groin and Produce sales were reduced as a result of the 1969/70 drought but other turnover, notably export fish and livestock, had increased. The trend In livestock soles Is expected to continue. The Group has not boon able to escape the effects of higher salaries, wages and Payroll Tax. The Interim Dividend will be paid on 2nd of April and the Register will be closed from 22nd March to 2nd April, 1971, both days Inclusive.
